Excellent Hotel with High-Class Service
good variety family-friendly pool
My family and I had a great, relaxing break. The breakfast offered a good variety. The half-board option was good value for the money I paid. The pool was family-friendly with a decent size.
Restaurant reception staff needs better customer service training. Hotel security, especially the person in charge of the beach, should be more professional. The hotel needs to provide basic amenities like toothbrushes and shaving tools in the rooms.

The hotel features a clean beach and organized facilities. The pool felt new and well-kept. The pool area included water slides, a kids' pool, and a lazy river, accessible for free.

The room was large and super comfortable, exceeding expectations for a luxury resort. The room included a beautiful wooden key card, with a nice design. It was not affected by touching my cell phone, which I appreciated.

cold food expensive wi-fi
The breakfast buffet had some issues. I found the hot food to be cold, quite disappointing. the complimentary Wi-Fi was barely functional. It was difficult to even check my messages. Upgrading to a usable Wi-Fi speed would have been quite expensive.
