Excellent Hotel with High-Class Service

My family and I had a great, relaxing break. The breakfast offered a good variety. The half-board option was good value for the money I paid. The pool was family-friendly with a decent size.
Restaurant reception staff needs better customer service training. Hotel security, especially the person in charge of the beach, should be more professional. The hotel needs to provide basic amenities like toothbrushes and shaving tools in the rooms.

The breakfast buffet had some issues. I found the hot food to be cold, quite disappointing. the complimentary Wi-Fi was barely functional. It was difficult to even check my messages. Upgrading to a usable Wi-Fi speed would have been quite expensive.
